Driving from the Calgary International Airport to the Banff Park Lodge

The total driving distance is approximately 145 km/90 miles. You should plan for an estimate driving time of 2 hours, pending road and weather conditions. Please drive carefully, watch out for wildlife on the road and obey all driving warnings, speed limits etc.

You will need to stop at the Park Gates (located on the highway just after the town of Canmore) and obtain a National Park Pass. Prices vary from about $10.00 per day to maximum $136.00 per year.
